Armillary spheres featuring an EOT correction are not unknown. Several - of which some serviceable - can be found in The Netherlands.
This article describes a new sundial of this kind.
The sundial has two hour scales. The first scale is a white, fixed, ring reading local apparent time in a limited range.
A second, copper-coloured, scale is moveable to accommodate a fixed longitude correction.
Moreover, this second scale can be adjusted, by means of a disk on the north side of the sundial, for the Equation of Time.
To this end, the disk is grooved and marked with the names of the months.
