Inclining sundial

In 1992, this slightly inclining sundial was finished. It was placed in position in the spring of 1993.
Incorporated in a splendid garden, this sundial is a feast for the eyes.
The dial shows local apparent time in hours and half hours.

The sundial and its pole style are mounted in a stout support.
The beautiful ornamental ironwork about and in the dial face and the spiralling hour scale make this a playful sundial.
