XII hour midnight on the sundial

It is XII hours midnight, the sun is high in the sky: its altitude is approximately 11.5 degrees.

Louise Rigozzi from Australia moved here, and she designed a sundial for Longyearbyen.
Tony Moss from the United Kingdom has made that sundial and at about the beginning of Spring, 2004, the sundial was placed in the high north and festively unveiled.
It could well be the northernmost sundial in the world today, at no more than about 1200 km from the North Pole.
