Juan Serra Busquets of Spain is the winner of the international "LE OMBRE DEL TEMPO, 2005" contest.
He designed a polyhedral sundial consisting of 124 dials.
In the past, polyhedral sundials were more common. They enabled their makers to show off their great gnomonic skill.
